Damaged products, defective products, and incorrectly supplied product
You must notify us within 10 days of dispatch of the items. We will arrange for a courier to collect the product and we will pay for the return shipping.
In the case of an items damaged upon receipt, kindly provide us with a photo when you log the return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier it to you free of charge.
If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase (excluding shipping fees).
In the case of incorrect product or size, we can manage an exchange for you provided the alternative product/ size is available. Kindly advise correct product/ size to email@example.com and we will arrange collection and pay for the return shipping. If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase (excluding shipping fees).
Return of unwanted products
You can return a product to us within 20 days at no charge to you provided that it is:
- Unused, with all original labels and stickers still attached
- It’s in its original packaging
- No accessories or parts are listed
- To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will arrange for the collection of the product. Please note our courier is entitled to refuse collection if the product has not been properly packaged for transport. Once we have inspected your product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price (not shipping fee) and send you proof. We can refuse a return if a product is damaged, not in a re-sellable condition or missing any accessories or parts.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Jewellery for piercings
